www.sumi.ee (from here on “We”) offers baked goods and other food products for order and in-store pickup. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all products sold through our online store or other ordering channels.
1.2. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
1.3. The products sold are food items, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply as per Section 53(4)(4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
2.1. To order products, add the desired items to the cart, fill out the order form, submit your order, and select the pick up time.
2.2. The order is confirmed once payment has been received.
2.3. Please ensure that all information (including name, contact details, and product selection) is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
3.1. Payments can be made using the payment methods available in our online store.
3.2. All payments are processed securely in accordance with the payment service provider’s terms and conditions.
4.1. All orders are available for pickup only at our bakery located Krulli 70a
4.2. Orders can be picked up during the unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Please collect your order on time. We are not responsible for any deterioration in the quality of products if they are not collected during the agreed time.
5.1. Food items and perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
5.2. If you find that the product you received is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately after receiving the product:
6.1. You have the right to cancel your order before the pickup date.
6.2. To cancel an order, you must email or call us on business days no later than 12:00 on the day before the pickup date.
6.3. If the order is canceled correctly and on time, we will refund the payment as soon as possible but no later than within 14 business days.
6.4. Late cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
7.1. All products are freshly prepared and made to order.
7.2. We are not responsible for the quality of the products if they are not stored under the correct conditions after pickup.
